Xu Xiaole said that "three stability" is not a short-term goal, but a goal to be normalized in recent years. There are still great uncertainties in domestic and international economy, finance and trade next year, and the domestic real estate market should still adhere to the main tone of "housing and not speculating" and keep the prices, land prices and market expectations stable. This year, the real estate market is generally stable, but a few cities have experienced differentiation and fluctuations, and the main responsibility for regulation lies in cities. In the past, the means of regulation and control were mainly administrative and short-term policies such as purchase restriction and sales restriction, but they are turning to long-term market mechanisms such as finance (such as three red lines) and taxation to dynamically and structurally adjust the market. This is the progress of China’s long-term real estate regulation and control means and reduces the administrative distortion of the market.
Real estate regulation will be supervised in the whole process before and after the event.
