How to calculate overtime pay?
According to the law, if an enterprise arranges overtime work on the day of statutory holidays, it must pay overtime pay, and it cannot fail to pay overtime pay on the grounds of arranging compensatory holidays. If you work overtime during Labor Day, the overtime pay should be calculated as follows:
1. May 1st (Labor Day) is a legal holiday. As long as overtime work is arranged, I shall pay no less than 300% of my daily salary.
2. On April 29th and 30th, and May 2nd and 3rd, if the laborer is arranged to work and cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, he shall be paid a salary not less than 200% of his daily salary.
